Indy Drone Supply Refund Policy
At Indy Drone Supply, we are committed to providing an excellent customer experience. Our goal is for every customer to be 100% satisfied with their purchase.
We offer a 10-day return window on select products (starting from the ship date) with an approved RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
- Unopened items may be returned within this timeframe, no questions asked.
- Opened, activated, flown, or used products — including items showing any signs of wear — cannot be returned and will be shipped back at the customer’s expense.
To request an RMA number, please email Dylan@indianadronesupply.com with your sales receipt and purchase details. A representative will respond to your request within 24 business hours.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-built kits, packages, combos, or Ready-to-Fly (RTF) drones may not be returned or exchanged under any circumstances. These products are built and tested to order based on your specific requests.
- Products requiring customer assembly may not be returned or exchanged once the manufacturer’s seal has been broken or the packaging has been opened.

Return Requirements
All approved returns must:
- Be in brand new condition
- Include the original box, packaging, packing slip, blank warranty cards, manuals, documents, and accessories
Items not meeting these requirements will not be accepted. All returns are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee.
DOA (Dead on Arrival) Items
Products deemed DOA may be exchanged within 10 days of the purchase receipt date for the same model or a manufacturer’s equivalent model (at the discretion of Indy Drone Supply). After this period, all warranty claims must be directed to the manufacturer.
For DOA items, a prepaid shipping label or reimbursement for return shipping may be provided.
